That means: operating system licenses included, SQL Server Express included, RDP with admin rights, enough ECC memory and NVMe storage to run 20–200 active sessions simultaneously. Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between Flow Cloud and a Windows VPS?
A VPS is just the server. Flow Cloud includes the server plus the Windows Server / Linux license, SQL Server Express, IT team administration, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, enterprise security (Fortigate + Bitdefender), ZTNA access with NetBird and application migration. In short, you get everything an in-house IT person would provide, but at a fixed monthly price.
What if I already have my own servers?
We help you migrate. We coordinate with your application vendor (SAGA, WinMENTOR, NeoManager, etc.) and transfer the data with minimal downtime — usually over a weekend. Migration is included in the monthly price, at no extra cost.
Can I access the server via Remote Desktop?
Yes. Access can be done via Remote Desktop or natively through the ERP’s client-server application, over the secure SSL VPN or NetBird network.
Which ERPs can run on Flow?
Any application that runs on Windows Server or Linux. We currently actively host NeoManager, Borg/B-Org, SAGA C/PS, Ciel/NextUp, Pluriva, Active Directory and HAMOR Soft (on Linux). WinMENTOR, Charisma, SeniorERP and WizPro we configure on request. For any other application, tell us what you have and we check compatibility within 24h.
How long until the server is operational?
Server provisioning takes under 1 hour, guaranteed. Application setup depends on complexity and on the ERP vendor — typically 2–3 business days for a new client. A migration with data usually takes 7–14 days, depending on volume and coordination with the application vendor.
What security protection do I get?
At Flow you get four layers of protection included:
- Fortinet Fortigate enterprise firewall at network level — IPS, gateway antivirus, web filtering, application control, anti-bot, anti-malware.
- Bitdefender installed on every server — an additional layer on the operating system.
- NetBird (ZTNA) or FortiClient VPN SSL for your team’s connection.
- Tier 3+ datacenter with physical security and power redundancy in Romania.
This combination would cost €3,000–10,000/yr if bought separately.
How does the team connect to the server?
You choose one of two options, both included with no user limit:
- NetBird (ZTNA) — a modern solution based on Zero Trust and WireGuard. Safer, faster, installed in under 5 minutes. Runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android. We configure it on your team’s devices via remote assistance.
- FortiClient VPN SSL — the traditional solution, compatible with existing setups.

For a company with 15 users running a Romanian ERP, a realistic 3-year TCO:

Do I pay in RON or euro?
Invoicing is in RON, at the BNR rate. Prices on the site are shown in euro for clarity, but the contract and invoices are in RON. Payment by bank transfer or card.
What if I’m not satisfied?
The first 30 days are penalty-free — you cancel the contract and don’t pay the monthly fee. After 30 days, the contract has a minimum 12-month term, with the option to cancel within 30 days, paying for the services delivered up to the cancellation date.
Can I downgrade if my company shrinks?
Yes. You change plan with 30 days’ notice. Your data stays intact — we do the internal migration without any loss of information.
Is SAGA Web supported?
SAGA Web is offered as SaaS directly by the vendor — it can’t run on your server. If you’re already on SAGA Web, Flow Cloud isn’t the right product. For SAGA C and SAGA PS (the local version), Flow is an excellent option.
