It collects all reported incidents in a ticketing system so that any reported situation has a documented resolution. The incidents can be reported via e-mail, app, phone, customer portal or even chat. All the issues can be indexed, searched and monitored until resolved.

No matter if you have an internal IT team or you’ve outsourced your IT department, the persons in charge of solving the problems will be notified. More than that, Desk Pack Basic logs the response and work time, and keeps track of every step taken to solve an incident using a smart ticketing system.

Desk Pack Basic includes a remote assistance component which enables us to rapidly connect to your workstations. Problems are resolved in an efficient manner via an encrypted secure connection (every remote connection requires the user’s explicit consent).
