ASSIST

Provides standard IT problem solving (tickets), either managed by Desk Pack Basic or on demand, via remote interventions of our skilled and certified support technicians, with a guaranteed Service Level Agreement in regards to the incident severity.
For example: we receive your assistance request (“e-mails are not working”, “application not starting”) via one of the available communication channels of Desk Pack Basic, we analyse it and intervene promptly to fix it via remote assistance.
ASSIST PLUS
60 euro
/hour
It works similar to Assist, but applies to complex IT incidents which require fixes at server level (network routers, e-mail servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants, AWS workloads, file servers, business apps servers etc.) More that that it covers the implementation of complex IT solutions: VPN access infrastructures, cloud migrations projects, Microsoft 365 solutions configuration etc.
Assist and Assist Plus are complementary IT services tailored to your needs. For example, in an on premise to cloud Microsoft 365 migration, Assist Plus covers all the server side configuration and Assist takes care of the client/users side implementation.
Assist covers incidents on all the major platforms: Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux – both clients and servers.
All Assist services can be purchased both on-demand or as a monthly subscription. In case of on-demand services, we’ll perform an evaluation of your IT assistance needs, free of charge, and provide you with an upfront cost estimate.
